Difference between Speed-Transition and Sub-Skip?

Hi there, great scripts! I'm just wondering what is the difference between your sub-skip script and the speed transition script? I've been using speed transition for over 2 months and I came across your script and it seems like the functionality is nearly identical. Just wondering if there are any differences.
