Add tags to media assets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to upload a photos that belong to different albums. I need a way to organize the photos in the media library and be able to show only photos that belong to a certain album on a page for that album.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to be able to tag the photos with the album name.
