Rebuild android pwa wrapper

The android PWA wrapper isn't shown anymore in the play store for newer API versions and needs to be rebuild.

Is there any interest in having a fully native Android app? I've been dabbling with KMP+Compose multiplatform and really like it, wouldn't mind taking a stab at it if there's interest, which could be adapted with minimal effort to support iOS by someone with some Swift skills, too.
