How to use ? crash ?

I tried using it on HelloWorld.dpr and also the test.pas like so:

cpc.exe test.pas

but it seems to crash ?

Also what is this exactly ?

Does it compile pascal to c ? or does it do something else ?

Does it need other executables ? The help options seem to indicate some kind of target (compiler or something?) ?
