Multidirectional synchronization doesn't work ?

I have a problem with the multi-site sync. When a content is synchronized from site A to site B it must not be editable from site B. I also have a synchronization from site B to site A. The content coming from site A becomes editable on site B. The modification of the article from site A to site B synchronizes with site A. Normally the plugin should not allow editing of content from another site.
