UI option to adjust runtime Soapy settings

It would appear that some additional parameter settings, such as the RTLSDR biastee true setting has no effect when entered into the additional parameter box. It may instead need a check box that can turn on / off the setting as the SDR is being used.

This may be the cause for other devices and other settings as well.

Would it be possible to add options to the UI to alter the settings? In the case of the bias-t, it would be very helpful to the user.

Without the ability to turn on the bias-t it could prevent some users from being able to receive the signals they are looking for.
