shortcut for annotation

Thanks for this awesome app. Reacting to this https://github.com/BasioMeusPuga/Lector/issues/17 can you add some shortcut for adding default annotation? Or maybe a button "Annotate with default" next to showing annotations. It takes a right click and then two left clicks to get there. It's a bit annoying.
