Cannot upgrade XF.Material 5.0.0.2291 or latest version (5.0.0.2401)

Reproduction steps

1. Upgrade XamarinForm dependency to XF.Material 5.0.0.2291 (or later)
2. Debug Android Project

Please note, this issue cannot be reproduced with Xamarin Form 5.0.0.2244.
