Underline defaults to tint color instead of underline color

🐛 Bug Report

When a tint color is set and the material text field is bound to a value that has data at load time it applies tint color to underline.

Expected behavior

Underline should behave the same whether or not it has values at load time much like placeholders default to FloatingPlaceholderColor

Reproduction steps

Bind Text of Material Text Field to data at page load
