RSS rules warn when creating a rule and quitting without saving it

Describe your suggested feature

Via qBitController you can add a new RSS rule. When you do it's very easy to tap back too much (for instance to dismiss keyboard). Doing so you stop creating a new rule and lose all you did.

App should ask you to confirm when you quit without saving. It would also be nice if top bar with save button wasn't scrolling out of view.
