Based on my understanding after reading the definition of [reference object](https://github.com/OAI/OpenAPI-Specification/blob/master/versions/3.0.0.md#reference-object-example) the "$ref" should be standalone, shouldn't add extra properties to it. so I think the second is more appropriate:...
