why multiple times comment generated in handesk

When requester reply to the email that email message generate as comment to that particular tickets. but it generated multiple times.

sounds weird, it doesn't happen to us, is it possible that you have some kind of protection on your email server that doesn't allow to delete the emails, then they are fetched multiple times?
