no signature attached to msg + broken logo

Hi, I have this issue. despite i've setup a signature under the account, this is not attached to my messages. is there any extra step I need to take? thanks for your work.

We have a condition that is the message is empty (only the signature) it won't be sent, the signature should be added in the textarea where you start writing your reply, isn't it there?

in my instance does not seem to be there. I have set it up in the profile and saved it. thank you.
