text hard to read
hello, just started using handesk, switching from freshdesk, and found it a great system. i use it on the go to retrieve details about my clients and find it very hard to read messages on my mobile. this is due to the text colour. any chance this could be just plain black or just darker? the light colour looks nice, but hard to read on a white background. also, when clicked on the main ticket page, it gets even lighter. thank you
I belive we can make it a bit darker, do you have a screenshot of how It looks on your device? since in mine its doesn't seem so hard to read
hello, here it is (apoloigies for the red lines, but have to care about clients' privacy. on the screenshot looks better than on a mobile screen, but can guarantee it's quite hard to read it. Mobile is a google pixel 2, full brightness.
I have this problem too and with Firefox on Linux it looks really bad. This is because it uses a very thin font weight combined with very light gray. To be quite honest this looks rather broken.
