env: python2.7: No such file or directory

When running variants setup or variants switch, many users noticed the non fatal error in the logs:

env: python2.7: No such file or directory

This, because utils/gyb requires it.

Due to this issue Variants will not generate Secrets in Variants.swift (used when assigning environment variables to custom config values)
