Documentation: Describe How to Build macOS Universal Binary

This pull request updates the documentation on how to build BZFlag on macOS. I was able to build a universal binary following the updated instructions: BZFlag.zip

The build instructions for GLEW require that this pull request is merged into the GLEW repository.
