NMR/spectrum.iC: computeMoments() does nothing

void Spectrum<RegularData2D, Peak2D>::computeAllMoments(int moment_number) in NMR/spectrum.iC is completely commented out since b499647630698062fe4cb729a0d1fb5f4f164dde. Any plans on this being fixed or may the code be removed?
