Signing in with a second MSA account options are unclear

When signing in with a second MSA account, the two button options are "Remain signed in with this account" and "Sign out and sign in with a different account". But for an application where we may want to allow multiple MSAs, the second option isn't clear in what it allows, which is being signed into both accounts.

Thank you for bringing this up. There are some improvement work going on regarding this issue. We will let you know once that improvement work is done.
