Why not publish Micosoft.SCIM to nuget?

Why not publish Micosoft.SCIM to nuget? When I upgraded from .net framework 4.5 to .net 9, I had to use the Micosoft.SCIM project source code in my project, but I didn't care how Micosoft.SCIM was implemented, I just referenced it, just like using Microsoft.SystemForCrossDomainIdentityManagement in Nuget. I really hope Micosoft can solve it.Thanks.
