Describe the bug

Fix #50 Where ValidateSet beta removed.

Need to bring back v1 and Beta functionality to the Test-MgCommandPrereququisites command image

Expected behavior

We should expect the Test-MgcommandPrerequisist can handle both v1.0 and beta endpoints image
