Speed up download time with Webpack #194
I notice that the node_module folder is included in the tag of the publication and need it at run time, but it's very big. I modified to use Webpack to package the project, In my sel-hosted, the Set Up Job step saves 30 seconds. so I recommend using it and remove node_module from tag.

thank you @BALAGA-GAYATRI , This change is very important to me. My GitHub Enterprise Server and Runner network is not very good, Sometimes it even takes two minutes to download this action.

Hi @mayong43111 Sorry for the delayed response. In the last quarter, we did not plan any enhancements. Removing node_modules is a very big change as all our azure actions have the same format to use node_modules in the release version and we can't simply change it for login action . I will start a conversation keep you posted.
We are heavenly depending on this action, but it almost take one minute to download while other actions are done in seconds. Can you have a look at this to decrease the download size? @BALAGA-GAYATRI
