generarating param we get error

Does this occur consistently? Repro steps:

Action: command/bicep.generateParams Error type: Error Error Message: Generating parameters failed: cannot open redacted:url Detail: Unable to read file 'e:\Azure\azure-bicep\dummy\main.parameters.json' (Error: Unable to resolve nonexistent file 'e:\Azure\azure-bicep\dummy\main.parameters.json')

Version: 0.26.170 OS: win32 OS Release: 10.0.22631 Product: Visual Studio Code Product Version: 1.89.0 Language: en
