Support for bicepparam in Bicep Extension for Visual Studio

For clarification, I'm speaking about VS Enterprise, not VS Code. I'm using Code as a workaround for the time being but the enterprise application does not recognize the bicepparam extension when I try to add it to the solution.

We unfortunately do not support bicepparam files in visual studio and don't currently have a plan for implementation. However, we will add it to the board for enhancements!
