I am adding myself as owner for the java exporter related projects.

looks like CI failure:

harsimar is not a public member of Azure

has been resolved: https://github.com/orgs/Azure/people?query=harsimar

but I re-ran and it's still failing

will try to close/re-open the PR

oh, @harsimar it looks like your Azure org membership is "private", can you change that to public?

@harsimar's membership is public but CI is still failing with

harsimar is not a public member of Azure

will wait 24 hours and try again in case there's something being cached, unless anyone else knows what might be going on
