Remove unsupported SQL Pool Rename/move operation
ARM API Information (Control Plane)
Synapse supports a set of SQL proxy operation on Synapse side and to create swagger spec for them. As part of this, we also created a swagger for SQL Pool's rename operation but we never supported them. So, to avoid confusion for the customers, Synapse leadership team has decided that we will remove the swagger spec for Rename operation.
This PR takes care of removing the same
