[BatchAI] Some BatchAI tests won't re-record

The following batchAI tests fail when run live on dev and thus cannot be re-recorded on the Knack branch.

[ ] test_batchai_configless_cluster_and_nfs_creation
[ ] test_batchai_cluster_with_nfs_and_azure_file_share

In both cases, the file server provisioning fails.

These tests will be marked LiveScenarioTest to faciliate progress on the Knack branch.

Creation of file server requires granting of network contributor role to batchai. Do we want to make such configuration on your dev environment or I should just submit new recordings?

It would be best if our test subscription could run all tests live. Please reach out to @troydai to coordinate.
