Subscription ID not replaced correctly in test recording files

With forward slash, it replaces the subscription correctly.

/subscriptions/00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000/resourceGroups/clitest_privatedns000001/providers/Microsoft.Network/privateDnsZones/clitest.privatedns.com000002

With backward slash, it fails.

\/subscriptions\/69027806-6e93-4e67-8f42-da236d205106\/resourceGroups\/clitest_privatedns000001\/providers\/Microsoft.Network\/privateDnsZones\/clitest.privatedns.com000002

ARM supports both format.
