MSI adds path for current user only

Currently, the Windows MSI installs aztfy to a global folder (C:\Program Files\aztfy), but it only adds that folder to the current user's path instead of the system path.

If it's not a per-user install, then shouldn't it add the folder to the system path instead, so that all users have access to it?
