Move to List View (and other UX improvements)

We need to move to a list view per mockups from design. With this set of changes, we'll do a few things:

• move to list view
• add improved tagging system
• better filters
• sorting by different mechanisms (most recent, A-Z, popularity, etc.)
• paging

Can elaborate on any of these if necessary.
