Adding github.dev link/button to be able open sample in github.dev editor. 
The name of the file is hardcoded as `README.md` here: https://github.com/Azure/ServerlessLibrary/blob/2193e518277349a8e8f5ba91b0a3ff6221eeefea/ServerlessLibraryAPI/ClientApp/src/services/github.service.js#L22 This means any repo that uses `readme.md` won't show the overview page. I cant find an easy way to navigate from https://serverlesslibrary.net/contribute and https://serverlesslibrary.net/sample/* to https://serverlesslibrary.net/ without having to update the url in the browser
