[Feature Request]: Add workloadIdentity support for AKS

I think the feature is currently in public preview, but creating an issue to track the implementation of this in CARML as our company is looking into using this in the near future. https://github.com/Azure-Samples/aks-workload-identity

Workload identity is GA just an FYI.

It's actually an easy fix to add to the modules too. I have it in my custom fork of the AKS module along with some other features.

If needed I can share my copy.
