Support for using RHCOS compliance profile

Some customers want to use the RHCOS compliance operator but I believe that the operator makes changes to MachineConfigs so it is causing a conflict with the MachineConfigs used by SRE to manage the clusters.

This enhancement request is to ask if it may be possible to allow or to make some sort of provision for customers who wish to use operators such as this.
