Add recently used and favorites from add an action view

Describe the Bug with repro steps

Add an action view is very annoying, since every time I have to start typing to find the connector. Please consider adding:

1. Recently used connector
2. Favorites
3. New filter (published Microsoft / independent publisher) - those published by Microsoft are in use 99% of time I guess and it's not very useful to have default view including connector from all publishers

What type of Logic App Is this happening in?

We need a proper design signoff for features like these. For simple implementation, makers would mark a connector (or an action) as favorite probably right click and 'Mark as favorite' and 'Favorites' will be a pivot in Runtime dropdown, and makers when they select that pivot from the dropdown will list all favorited actions or connectors.
