[Retirement] VM Insights Map and Dependency Agent

With the recent news about the retirement of this agent and the VM Insightgs Map feature, the default ALZ policies might need to be updated to reflect this.

Recommended action: Customers are recommeded to offboard from the VM Insights Map feature.

Customer will not be able onboard new VMs from the Azure portal after September 30, 2025

Will the reference ALZ policy still be default to deploy AzureMonitorAgent(AMA)+DependencyAgent or will it change to only deploy the AMA agent?
