Private DNS Zones Generic Policy Update

Overview/Summary

This pull request includes updates to the deploy-private-dns-generic.json, docs/wiki/Whats-new.md and eslzArm/managementGroupTemplates/policyDefinitions/policies.json files. The changes in the Whats-new.md file include the addition of a new policy refresh section for Q1 FY25 and the removal of an outdated policy update. deploy-private-dns-generic.json has been updated to support specifying the location parameter to provide greater control over where Private DNS Zones are created.

Updates to docs/wiki/Whats-new.md:

• Added a new section for Policy Refresh Q1 FY25, which includes updates to the Deploy-MDFC-Config_20240319 and Deploy-Private-DNS-Generic policies.
• Removed an outdated policy update regarding the Deploy-MDFC-Config_20240319 initiative.

Change to eslzArm/managementGroupTemplates/policyDefinitions/policies.json:

• Updated the templateHash value.
