Android - sometime, speaking events are not received on Android from Web Hero Sample

During group call, the speaking event for one participant was not received on Android from web hero sample project. Issue is random, most of time speaking events are received.

Steps: Join group call from Android device with web calling hers sample users for some participants speaking event not received

SDK Version: com.azure.android:azure-communication-calling:1.2.1-beta.1 Joined call from Android UI Library + Web calling Hero samples
