Android: User Initials disappear in Teams app in mobile and Tablet when connected from myApp with ACS SDK
Considering that the app using ACS SDK for interop is myApp.
- When a call between myApp is connected to Teams app in Android Tablet (Galaxy A7), user initials of the myApp appear for a second and then is replaced by an Avatar.
- When a call between myApp is connected to Teams app in the mobile phone (Redmi k20), user initials of the myApp are visible on the Teams app until the back button on the Teams app is pressed. User initials are replaced with Avatar.
Screenshots for mobile:
Initially, when a call is connected with Teams, initials appear.
When the back button is pressed, the screen contracts and initials disappear.
When the screen is expanded, no changes are observed in initials.
More Information: This bug is not found when the Teams app connects a call to another Teams app. Neither found when myApp is connected to the Teams app on the desktop. Only observed on mobile and tablet.
