Azure Communication Service with Bot service

Idea is to get handling on incoming calls/chat using some flow designer. Get Voice/Chat Bot for incoming call treatment.

I want to connect Azure Communication Service with Azure Bot service. Is it possible to connect Azure Communication Service with MS BOT Framework to manage Voice (IVR) and chat flows?
