[BUG] One of the primary regions for CloudShell [westus] doesn't support Availability Zones

I would be nice to deploy CloudShell in a region that supports Availability Zones.

I use CloudShell on Virtual Network, so based on other network limitations I would like to have my resources in the same region as CloudShell.

It appears WestUS is the only primary that is not supporting Zones.

That is assuming Central India and India Central are the same.

• i am not familar with jioindiacentral. however i assume perhaps that should be updated to centralindia
  • let me know and I can open a docs bug on that?
