Faster way to update application and image container

Resizing a pool is the most reliable way to update application package, tried reboot before, the old application still stay in the node.

The problem with resizing is it is very slow.

The same thing with image container, when i update our docker, to pull the latest image, I have to resize the pool to get the latest image.

Feature Request:

• Please provide api to refresh application package version
• Please provide api to update image container

The goal is to have no resize of pool just to update application or image container
