Add Application Packages via ARM Template for Azure Marketplace

Feature Request Description

We're trying to use ARM templates to dynamically create Batch accounts, Pools, and Applications attached to pools; however, it doesn't look like there's a way to deploy application packages (stored in Blob storage) to the Account via an ARM template. This would be incredibly helpful

Be able to create a new Account, Pool, and Application Packages (also attached to pools) via an ARM template.

Describe Alternatives Considered

N/A - for using Batch Accounts with Azure Marketplace, there aren't alternatives...Marketplace ONLY supports ARM templates.

Any update on this feature? I need this too. Looks like it is not possible so far.

It breaks our automation scenario.
