Upgraded the best practice doc to v1.1

Hi @swan-am-i, @DhruvKumar, @bhpraka, @mspreshah, and rest of contributors,

I had a bit of free time over Christmas and decided to spend it on upgrading this best practice document. I wanted to do a few finishing touches hence the PR is coming only now.

Changes include:

• Updated various limits and statistics to reflect current state of ADB
• Fixed typos and grammar
• Upgraded links
• Moved all images into media folder
• Updated code example for Init Script
• Turned pictures into Markdown tables where appropriate
