• Migrate application insights to log analytic workspace in all data connectors as classic app insights is retiring on 24th feb 2024. Also updated api version instead of 2015.
• There are 87 files in solutions has data connectors change on Microsoft.Insights/components. Here we are adding a new field AppInsightsWorkspaceResourceId and using this property in Microsoft.Insights/components for "WorkspaceResourceId".
• There are standalone 17 detection and 1 playbook standalone file in which we have updated this change as well.

• Yes, we can ignore the error on arm ttk for this PR on "Parameters Without Default Must Exist In CreateUIDefinition" as it has "AppInsightsWorkspaceResourceID" does not have a default value, and is not defined in CreateUIDefinition.outputs.
• "AppInsightsWorkspaceResourceID" parameter should be required and if we add defaultValue then it will not remain as required.
