As a suggestion fix for 863 However, this should perhaps be handled in AzOps and not in the AzOps-Accelerator :)

It's a PowerShell script that will simply run before the Initialize step to check that the required Microsoft.Management resource provider is registered, and if not, it will attempt to register it.
