[Feature]: Enable ImageVolume feature gate

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/command-line-tools-reference/feature-gates/ Enable ImageVolume to true. This feature is now Beta however it is real gamechanger and it may be enabled without impact on other services.

Describe the solution you'd like Support pod manifests like: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod-container/image-volumes/

Describe alternatives you've considered Allow flag to enable/disable this features however I think it could be enabled for all AKS clusters without any impact.

Additional context It would simplify usage of pods and share data via volumes - volumes create based on images.
