when i create a web app for container with docker container am unable to connect to SSH

Hello I am creating a PHP application(7.1) using docker container, after configuring the docker container i am unable to connect to the SSH getting the bellow error

looks like issue still persists, Azure and Microsoft do not care about it at all but sell this buggy service! shame on them!
