check if databricks token creation requires user to click on link

Description

• during deployment user needs to click on databricks token link
• it happened to me recently several times that by mistake I clicked enter without clicking on the link and the deployment continued correctly: maybe this is not needed anymore?

Expected Behavior

• Determine if token requires validation by user to proceed with deployment
