clean-up script should remove AzDO environments

Description

  • Currently the clean-up script does not remove environments

Expected Behavior

  • A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Reproduce

  1. Deploy one environment via deploy.sh
  2. run clean_up script successfully
  3. After the previous step completed successfully, go to your AzDO Project and under Pipelines click on Environments, they are still there (see image below). Instead, they should have been removed
