Testing feedback in a project template/box

Dev User Story: As a noir/aztec developer of a product I want to have rapid feedback of my test quality such that I can improve product quality/security.

How wrt tests?

• Code coverage of tests (exists?)
• Mutation testing

Consider adding to a particular project template (not necessarily a "getting started" project).

We could extend the counter contract to include the test, but it's also covered here
