plookup_read tests with Pedersen not running

In stdlib/primitives/plookup/plookup.test.cpp tests have been commented in the pedersen refactor PR https://github.com/AztecProtocol/aztec-packages/pull/2592

You note also that there are some sha and blake tests that are also commented out.
